When you place an order with Sawariya Official, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive an official order confirmation from us.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. In the event a product becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you and offer a full refund, exchange, or alternative product at your choice.
We accept various forms of payment including cash, debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other accepted digital payment methods. All transactions are processed securely.
All payments are subject to verification and fraud prevention checks. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment verification fails or if there are signs of fraudulent activity.
We currently ship to addresses within India. Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may not be possible. International shipping is not currently available.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control. Customers will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. Sawariya Official is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery subject to the following conditions:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
All content on the Sawariya Official website and marketing materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of Sawariya Official and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any violation of our intellectual property rights will be addressed through appropriate legal channels. We reserve the right to seek damages and injunctive relief in case of infringement.

Sawariya Official's liability for product defects is limited to replacement of the defective product or a full refund of the purchase price. We do not accept liability beyond the value of the product purchased.

We are committed to resolving customer disputes fairly and promptly. The majority of issues can be resolved through direct communication with our support team.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
